Below are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions:

What payment methods are available for shopping online?

Payment for ordered products can be made in the following ways:

(i) Cash on delivery: payment in cash upon receiving the order. Please note that an additional EUR 2 charge will be added to the shipping costs.
(ii) Credit card payment: customers can choose to pay via credit card, Visa or MasterCard, from any banking institution. Upon completing the order, the customer will gain direct access to Eurobank’s electronic platform with no need to communicate their data to the Company. Thus, the transaction will be carried out in the bank’s code environment & security systems via e-banking; the customer’s card data will not be communicated externally to the bank and the card data will not remain in any file other than the bank’s. The bank would then inform the seller that they have proceeded to freeze the customer’s order value. Payment will only be completed and credited to the Seller’s account once the order has been delivered to the customer. Prior to that time the payment amount is in fact only frozen by the bank. In the event that for any reason a difference should arise for the benefit of the customer, that difference shall be released for the benefit of the customer.
(iii) Cash or card payment at the aforementioned company’s registered office.(iv) Bank deposit payment: in this instance the customer will only be charged the shipping costs. The company has an account at EUROBANK.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Provided the chosen product is readily available at the Company’s warehouses and there are no other reasons that would justify the temporary or permanent suspension of further selling of the same, shipments will be made within a time frame of between twenty-four (24) and seventy-two (72) hours.

Will I get any order confirmation after my order has been placed?

Throughout the purchasing and order completion process, the visitor is guided step by step through the system’s automatic suggestions. The relevant order will be filed. Once the order process has been completed, visitors will receive an e-mail confirming the order has been placed. In addition, the Company retains the right to contact any visitors by phone with the purpose of being able to receive confirmation of the order.

What exactly happens after placing an order?

Upon the order process being completed, an e-mail will be sent to the customer certifying that the order has been received by the company. The order will then be elaborated and dispatched within a timeframe of between twenty-four (24) and seventy-two (72) hours. Depending on the shipping method chosen, the customer will receive a message on their mobile phone regarding the delivery of the order & its tracking.

What are the delivery costs for orders from the online shop?

Orders can be picked up at stores free of charge, regardless of the order amount. Should the courier service be chosen, the cost is EUR 2. In addition, customers have the option of completing the order by choosing cash on delivery as payment method for a charge of EUR 2.50; if they opt for bank deposit or credit/debit card payment methods, no additional charges apply. For orders above EUR 35 and with a total weight not exceeding 2 kg, shipping is FREE OF CHARGE.
