1) SELLER DETAILS

2) TERMS OF SALE

All transactions carried out through this online store are governed by the terms and procedures of sale that follow and the provisions of the International, Greek and Community legislation on distance selling.

3) ORDER PLACEMENT

You can place your order in the following ways:

Via www.primus-edizioni.gr. Select the books you wish to buy from our list of books or the search engine. Add them to the cart by clicking the Add to cart button next to the book of your choice. The book will be placed in your shopping cart.

Repeat the process for as many books as you wish to buy. When you finish shopping, the “Fill out your Purchase Order” notice will appear at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to select your preferred payment and shipping method.

After submitting you order, Primus Edizioni will send you an Order Confirmation Email with all the details of your order e.g. books you have ordered, price etc.

At this point you may cancel the order before it is shipped from our online store.

If the order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, it cannot be cancelled.

Changes/Refunds are made within 7 days.

4) INVOICING AND PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT

All books sold by our online store include VAT, which is shown when filling out the Purchase Order. Prices may change at any time without previous notice.

Upon completion of the order process, you may choose the payment method as follows:

  1. A) Cash on delivery, with an extra charge of 2 euros per order. The full amount is paid to the representative of Primus Edizioni or to the representative of the courier company delivering the order.
  2. B) Payment by bank transfer to the following accounts:

In this case, the order number is filled in as a justification, and the deposit slip is sent by mail to [email protected]

5) SHIPMENT- DELIVERY

Orders are delivered in the following ways:

  1. A) Shipping to the address of your choice, in which case the buyer bears the shipping costs.
  2. B) Pickup at no cost from the company’s central offices as stated in the SELLER DETAILS.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the order.

Shipping costs are detailed during the method of payment selection process.

Ordering more than one book reduces the shipping costs.

Indicative Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs amount to two euros and fifty cents (€2.50) for shipments within Attica, plus one euro (€1.00) for each additional kilo. For shipments in Mainland Greece, the shipping costs amount to three euros (€3.00), plus one euro (€1.00) for each additional kilo. For shipments to Greek insular regions, the shipping costs amount to three euros and fifty cents (€3.50), plus one euro (€1.00) for each additional kilo. If the payment is made by cash on delivery, an additional charge of two euros (€2.00) is imposed. For remote and hard to reach areas, the cost of cash on delivery is four euros (€4.00)

FREE shipping applies only to orders over 30 euros, with a maximum weight up to 2 kg.

Orders for the prefecture of Attica are usually delivered the following working day after order confirmation.

Orders for the rest of Greece are delivered within 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation.

Deliveries are made during working days and hours i.e. Monday-Friday 10:00 – 19:00, excluding holidays.

Pickup from the company’s central offices: During working days and hours i.e. Monday-Friday 10:00 – 17:00, excluding holidays.

7) PROCESSING AND OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Users of this site agree to create an account in which they will be asked to enter all necessary information in order to benefit from the services and purchase products from the online store.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their password, acknowledging that the process is automated and that the seller/selling company cannot intervene in the verification process of the online store, nor can it know the user password selected.

Users are obliged to declare valid shipping addresses and e-mails, acknowledging that false information makes the execution of any order unfeasible, without prejudice to the seller’s right to claim compensation from the user for any positive damage it may suffer because of the user, as a result of such conduct.

The company will delete all data within 7 days and cancel the user’s account.

Regarding the seller’s communication with the buyers to inform them about the online store products and services, the seller has the right to send informative-advertising material to the users’ e-mail addresses if they have opted-in. Furthermore, in case they did not initially object, users also can opt-out/unsubscribe at any time.

The above rights and their exercise are restricted to the extent that they conflict with the applicable legislation or other applicable provisions, e.g. tax and financial transparency, proof of consent, etc.

To deliver the orders, the company cooperates with external transport service providers.

To this end, it needs to share the buyer’s minimum personal data necessary to help them deliver the order correctly.

If a buyer/user refuses to give his consent to share the above data, they will have to pick up the order from the company’s central offices.

Following the GDPR requirements, users, upon request, may be informed about the details of the transport service provider executing the specific order.

8) NEWSLETTERS

When you create an online shopping account, you are asked to enter your email address and select whether you wish to receive newsletters or not.

Newsletters are only sent to users who have opted-in.

Users, who had initially opted-in but changed their mind regarding the newsletter, may opt-out/unsubscribe at any time.
